How Dry-to-Wet Rinser Conversions Work
Our company's dry-to-wet rinsers work by adding a water spray system to the screening machine. This system typically consists of a series of nozzles that evenly distribute water over the screen deck, washing away fines and other impurities. The rinse water is then collected and reused, reducing overall water consumption.
The converted screening machine operates similarly to a traditional dry screener, with the addition of the rinser system. Material is fed into the top of the machine, where it is separated into different sizes by the screen deck. The rinser system is activated, spraying water over the screen deck to wash away fines and other impurities. The cleaned material falls through the screen, while oversized particles are retained on the deck for further processing.
